Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Prep time is close to 5 minutes
Cook time is around 10 minutes
Ready time should be about 10 – 15 minutes depending on when it needs to cool off.

These ingredients are required to make the Asian Beef with Snow Peas recipe
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons rice wine
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1-pound beef round steak, cut into thin strips
• 8 ounces snow peas

In a small bowl, you will want to combine the soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar and cornstarch. After these items are combined set the small bowl aside.

Next heat the oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. Be sure to stir-fry the ginger and the garlic for about 25-30 seconds or longer if necessary.

Then add the steak and stir-fry for around 2 – 3 minutes or until the meat is all the way brown through the middle.

Add the snow peas and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or longer if necessary. When done, mix the soy sauce blend in and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.

Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and ready to eat. Enjoy your meal!
