I always assumed that I was going to be one of the lucky ones, never losing my hair, it slowly getting peppery with age, like my brother and grandfather. I mean you’re supposed to get your mom’s dad’s hair gene, right? Not so much in my case. I started losing my hair my freshman year of college. My roommate and I would do ab workouts on the floor in our dorm room. One Saturday when we were cleaning my roommate, who was sweeping, noticed a lot of hair on the ground. Dark, brown hair. My hair. And so, began my life of losing hair. It comes in spurts and the older I’ve gotten the shorter the periods between the hair loss have also gotten. I’ve tried changing my diet, using shampoos designed to help stop hair loss and improve hair growth, as well as taking vitamins. Nothing has made a real difference. So when my girlfriend bought me the Hair Growth, I used it because I basically was out of options. After about a month, my girlfriend noticed that my hair was coming in thicker. And after two, I could see noticeable results. It’s been a lifesaver because unlike me my brother aged all peppery and a full head of hair. Now I get to make fun of his pepper hair because I’ve got a full head of hair. The product is super easy to use and beats the alternative of having expensive surgery. It’s simple to use and the results come surprisingly fast. If you’re having trouble with hair loss, I’d try this product. 2-3 months and you can have your hair back! This product has research verified reviews that give you honest amazing true opinions and results!
With the holiday season upon us, many are starting to plan for their Christmas parties and many more, their New Year’s parties. Its standard to bring something, either food or drink, to such gatherings but after spending all one’s money on Christmas you may be looking to go thrifty when it comes to such events. One of my favorite drink recipes from my college years was Blue Hawaiians. And the best part is you can make as little or as much as you want on a budget. Where most recipes call for specific liquors and mixes, the only constant in the Blue Hawaiian is the base ingredients: Coconut Rum, Vodka, Pineapple juice and Blue Curacao.
How fancy and upbeat you want them to taste is up to you after that. When I hosted these types of parties I would take a sports water cooler and make a vat of Blue Hawaiian which would service about 15 people comfortably. Now forewarning: this alcohol content in these is extremely potent so be sure to warn people. Being on a college budget there’s no way I could afford the cream of the crop in ingredients so I would settle for the plastic bottle montage. My go to on a budget Coconut Rum was Admiral Nelson. It by far is one of my favorite budget liquors which mixes the best. Next, I would go with the vodka, usually White Wolf Vodka. Blue Curacao is easy enough and if you have a half a bottle lying around you won’t even need to buy any because that is plenty. Next, you’ll need the Pineapple juice. This is the one area where I don’t go cheaper. I really only buy Dole’s larger canned pineapple juice. The imitation brands just don’t have the flavor that Doles does. Finally, you get to mixing. Now the biggest reason why this mixed drink is so easy to make in the masses is that it requires little to no measuring. It’s 2 1.75L bottles of Coconut Rum, 1 bottle of 1.75L of Vodka, 2-3 cans of pineapple juice, and 4-second pour of blue curacao, all over the ice. Stir and taste. If it’s too sweet, add more vodka, if it’s too strong, add more pineapples juice, if it’s not sweet enough add more coconut rum. Done. Even if you’re not hosting the party you can make this and bring it as a trash can punch and everyone can enjoy. Plus, you’ll be the person who brought the party. If you’re going to a more controlled party and want to bring the higher brands, I would recommend Malibu Coconut rum and Svedka vodka and for the pineapple juice, look for the smaller individual cans. Blue Curacao really doesn’t change but if you want to buy a higher name brand you can. The portions change just slightly: 3 oz of coconut rum, 2 oz of vodka, 1 can of pineapple juice, and a splash of blue curacao. Stir and enjoy. Happy Holidays and drink responsibly.

Three benefits of using Essential Oils from Essential Oils Lab
First lets discuss some background on essential oils. Essential oils have been used for over thousands of years, and through many cultures and beliefs for medical, health, and well-being purposes. Now lets get to the juicy part about the benefits.
The first benefit is the cleaning effects of these oils. These oils can be used to clean counter tops, burnt food from dirty pans, helps to make bathtub scrubs. Not only can they make you house clean, but the scents that come along with using them are amazing.
The second benefit of this product is the ability to detox the air. When one of these oils are used with a humidifier it can “freshen” the air making it a little cleaner in an all-natural way. My family and I love to use Tea-Tree essential oils during the holidays because with the colder weather more people are susceptible to getting sick, therefore we like to have the extra purifying in the air. We also like to use lavender at night time because it calms the air getting use ready for night time.
The Third benefit of essential oils is the relaxing ability these oils have. During stressful times, like the holidays, a stressful day at work, stressful day at school or anything these oils have always made me find a way to relax. I like to start a warm bath and apply these oils to the bath, not only do they help relax but also help moisturize the skin. The oils have helped me relax and I know they can help you!
You can find these essential oils in 1 oz, 4 oz, or 16 oz bottles starting at $14.99. My favorite oils are the lavender, and the coconut oils.
In an active lifestyle, we naturally wear our bodies down. Or in the case of many nowadays, we wore
them long before we ever got to an older age because of sports and/or injuries suffered while in high
school. I know with me being in the cross country, track, and tennis, year around I was on my feet being
active. I always had good shoes, in an effort to save my knees and I ate super healthy to maximize my
potential. Unfortunately, injuries and just genetics killed my knees regardless. In college, playing
basketball, I pretty much was told by the trainers, I could either stop playing sports and delay having
repairing surgery till maybe 40 or continue at my pace and have surgery before 30. I laughed it off with
the bulletproof attitude that is so common. But low and behold the older I got the more my joints hurt. I
took all forms of glucosamine to try and rebuild my joints and nothing really took. Then through a series
of events, I ended up taking the Amway Joint Health product and within a little over a week I saw
immediate results. My joints didn’t hurt when I woke up, my workouts didn’t hurt, and I could actually
do squats again. It’s by far the best product for the results wanted I’ve ever taken. So many of them say
you must take them for 2-3 months before you MIGHT start seeing results. But within a week I could feel
my joints feeling better and within two weeks the improvement was just amazing. Most glucosamine
pills are what I like to call “horse pills”: they’re huge! And they want you to take 4 of them daily. I had to
cut them in half just to have a shot at swallowing them. That’s 8 pills daily! The Amway Joint Health is
just normal size vitamin pills with hardly any aftertaste. They ask that you take 2 pills twice daily for
maximum effect but for several months now I’ve only been taking 2 a day and I have no joint pain
anywhere. If you have joint pain and are taking a glucosamine supplement and you feel like it’s not
getting you anywhere I highly suggest trying these out.
